THE HUT ARE NOW BUILT

The last hut are built (Soleil mine, Tritaniopsis, Muletiers). They are open and free of charge. No reservation. The firts one is the lukiest one.

HUMBOLDT'S TRACK

23/02/2009

Access to the start of the Humboldt's track is currently closed to vehicular traffic. A gate closes the road a few kilometers after the RT1. This situation, which we hope temporarily, is currently the subject of negotiations between the parties. We will keep you informed of developments.

BE CAREFUL

Construction's works of Tristaniopsis hut, Soleil mine hut and Muletiers Hut began in January 2009. Actually, only two security shelters are on the 5th leg :
• one at the second "Corne du Diable"
(GPS : 665 865 - 7558 579)
• and a second at the Fern camp
(GPS : 662 675 - 7 557 079)

So it is necessary to have a different planning for your trip. We will keep you inform when works will be finished.

A FLYING FOX SOON AT THE CORNE DU DIABLE

A flying fox is actually under construction at the Corne du Diable. It is a spot where the river is sometimes difficult to cross.
